Cross Country game board

For Cross Country, each player places one marker of his chosen color on START. Each player then spins and moves in turn, moving the number of spaces indicated on both the inner and outer circles of the spinner. Every time his move ends at a city, he covers it with a marker of his own color, loses one turn, then continues around the board. The player who first covers 4 cities wins.
Wait, achieve a goal, lose a turn? Now that’s unique!
